Vitamin C is an important antioxidant; it is not a pro-oxidant, in which chemicals induce oxidative stress instead of reliving it.
The Facts on Vitamin C are that this nutrient has proven to lower risk with certain cancers, not cause them.
It helps to improve cholesterol levels, not raise them, it helps increase the white blood cell counts and thus the autoimmune response, and it does not harm them.
Vitamin C also helps to regulate blood glucose levels, not hinder them, it helps in the recurrence of asthma, it does not cause it, and it lowers the risk of cataracts, it does not cause them.
Vitamin C overdose is not possible, as you cannot overdose on a water soluble vitamin, unless of course you have a vested interest to spill myths and half-truths.

The next time someone suggests that Vitamin C overdose is possible, ask them to produce some facts, and then examine their possible agenda very closely.
